TUTOR

Fixed Term Contract until August 2024

Working 2 hours per day 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm

10 Weeks Each Term (paid for 12 hours per week to include planning time)

Teachers Pay Scale M1 - M6

We are looking to appoint a hard-working and motivated individual to join our school as a Tutor working 5 days a week for 10 weeks each term

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a great classroom practitioner
  • Set the highest standards for themselves and pupils
  • Have highly effective communication skills and a commitment to a collaborative, team approach as part of a year group team
  • Have excellent subject knowledge across the wider curriculum and a commitment to creative and enquiry approaches to learning

The role is to provide extra education and support to help pupils progress academically and earn qualifications. Duties include providing private tutoring to individuals, pairs and groups in a given subject, assessing a student's level of education in that subject and supporting a student through exams.
