Required for the Spring Term 2027 Are you an enthusiastic teacher who would enjoy joining a supportive Lower Key Stage 2 team? Are you committed to helping every child become the very best they can be?
Great Leighs Primary School is a friendly, one-form-entry village primary school in a delightful location. We are seeking a caring and motivated teacher to join us in a job-share role, teaching a Lower Key Stage 2 class on Thursdays and Fridays.
The successful candidate will work closely with their job-share partner and the wider school team to provide consistency, high-quality teaching and a positive learning experience for every child.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of teaching within Key Stage 2 and a good understanding of the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Is committed to working collaboratively and communicating effectively with their job-share partner
- Embraces the individuality of every child and encourages pupils to achieve their goals
- Uses a range of stimulating, creative and imaginative teaching resources
- Has an understanding of the TPP approach to supporting children
- Can provide a safe, happy and inclusive environment in which every child feels valued
- Has energy, warmth and a good sense of humour
- Is enthusiastic, reflective and committed to providing high-quality teaching and learning
