The Governing Body of Cedar Hall School are seeking to appoint a new Deputy Headteacher to join the school from September.
Our new Deputy will be someone who:-
- is an excellent communicator with a calm disposition and welcoming manner
- an outstanding professional with drive, committment and enthusiasm.
- has a track record of effective and successful senior leadership and management activity in SEN
- has a passion for teaching and inspires a love of learning
- has the ability to motivate and engage staff and pupils
- is forward thinking with up-to-date exemplarary knowledge of current special educational needs and personal experience
- is able to share responsibility for the analysis of key school performance data

Cedar Hall School is an innovative and forward looking all age (5-16) Special Foundation School, which provides education for pupils who primarily experience global, moderate learning difficulties, but may also experience a range of other needs such as autistic spectrum disorders and speech and language difficulties.
