This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious leader to work in close partnership with the new Headteacher to shape the strategic direction of the school, ensuring the very best outcomes for all pupils. - Lead teaching and learning across the school, modelling outstanding classroom practice with experience across the primary age range.
- Coach and mentor staff to improve practice and outcomes for all pupils

- Be a safeguarding leader within the school
We are looking for a leader who is:
- Committed to inclusive education and has high expectations for all
- Is passionate about developing both pupils and staff.
- Reflective, open to coaching, and able to build strong relationships across the school community, fully embracing our vision of "Journeying together with Christ" in all that you do.
We can offer you:
- A welcoming, inclusive, and caring church school community where children are at the heart of everything we do.
- Dedicated and supportive staff who work closely with families to ensure every child is nurtured and enabled to succeed.
- A supportive and experienced IEB and strong links to the Diocese of Chelmsford Education Team and church
- Well behaved and friendly pupils who are proud of their school and achievements
- An active and supportive PTA

Information about the School
At St Michael’s C of E Primary School, we recognise the vital role that we have to help shape the lives of the children we are privileged to work with. Following Jesus’ example, we put the children at the heart of all we do, knowing that they are our future. Through both explicit and implicit teaching and modelling of our school vision and by living it out in practice through our four Christian Values of Love, Integrity, Creativity and Resilience” we aim to create a community within our school and beyond, which is principled and start these children off on a journey in which they will always know that Christ will be with them.
We aim to inspire children to do their best in all aspects of their lives and celebrate all their successes.
