This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a 6 month Fixed Term Maternity Cover, Teacher of Psychology, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays, teaching pupils and students in Key Stage 4 and 5. To start September 2026.

The ability to teach Health and Social Care (KS4 and 5) and Child Development (KS4) would be an advantage.

The successful applicant will have excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire students. Teachers in the psychology department work as a strong team, sharing resources and developing excellent practice together. This role offers the opportunity to work with enthusiastic, supportive and committed colleagues.

Welcome to The Sweyne Park School, we are a larger than average mixed, 11-18 comprehensive school. The School became an academy on 1st April 2013 and opened its Sixth Form in September 2014.
