The Role: Headteacher
Salary: L15-L20 (with fringe negotiable depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Responsible to: Governing Body and Executive Headteacher
As Headteacher, you will provide strategic, values-led leadership to ensure every pupil receives a high-quality education and thrives both academically and personally.
Kingswood will be your primary focus and responsibility. In addition, you will work collaboratively with the Executive Headteacher and Deputy Executive Headteacher as part of the Visions Federation to support shared priorities and contribute to wider school improvement.
You will:
• Lead with clarity, integrity and ambition
• Build on existing strengths while driving continuous improvement
• Create a culture where staff and pupils flourish
• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing are central to all decision-making
