Moulsham Infant School is seeking an inspirational, values‑driven Head Teacher to lead our successful three‑form entry school into its next chapter, following the retirement of our long‑serving Head Teacher.

We are looking for a child‑centred leader who values staff, champions inclusion and collaboration, and sets high expectations for all. Our HIVE motto - Believing, Belonging, Becoming - underpins everything we do and reflects our commitment to nurturing confident learners and a strong sense of community.

Moulsham Infant School serves approximately 270 pupils aged 4-7. Our enthusiastic pupils, committed staff and ambitious governing body work together to create a friendly, safe and inspiring learning environment.

As part of the HIVE Family of Schools, the successful candidate will benefit from strong central support across finance, HR and estates, allowing a clear focus on educational leadership and school improvement.
