Camp Epic is looking for someone who loves supporting children and brings energy, patience, and positivity to every session.
If you are looking for a role where you can make a real difference in school and after the school day-and we're looking for someone just like you to join our wraparound team in a local primary school.
Your role
- Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for children
- Lead simple, fun activities that keep children active and engaged
- Help create an exciting curriculum for our children
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and school staff
- Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain high standards of care
- Work closely with theother team membersto help each session run smoothly
What you bring
- Confidence working with children aged 4-11
- Clear communication and a caring, supportive approach
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy times
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Experience in childcare or education (ideally L3 Early Years or FQT status - but not essential)
- Awareness of Ofsted expectations (a bonus)

Hours and location
Monday to Friday
Afternoon shifts available: 15:00-18:00pm
We also have other roles from 8:30-15:30pm
Term-time with optional holiday work
Positions available in Essex primary schools, including Basildon, Stanford Le-Hope, Thurrock, Chelmsford and Harlow.
