We are looking to appoint a proactive Pastoral Lead who will provide excellent support for all students who attend the school.As a member of our Pastoral Team, this role involves working closely with staff, students, parents, carers and other agencies to promote student progress, attendance and well-being.The ideal candidate will have experience working with children from various backgrounds and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines with a flexible approach.The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and positive and be able to demonstrate resilience and adaptability within a school or similar environment.
