Based at St Francis Catholic Primary School in Maldon, Essex

Learning Support Assistant - Fixed Term 1 Year Nov25-Aug26

Required for 03 November 2025 Start if possible

28.75 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 8.45am until 3.00 pm (this post includes Midday duties (1/2 hour) - term time only. The starting salary will be dependent on experience.

Salary - Scale 3 (Essex Pay Scale)

Salary Range - Point 5-6 (£25,583 - £25,989 Full Time Equivalent).

Actual Salary pro-rata £16,907-£17,162.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The post involves supporting learning within the classroom; working with individuals and small groups to engage pupils, develop their self-confidence and fostering independence.

. Be happy to attend to pupils' personal hygiene in line with Intimate Care Plans
