Role:Learning Support Assistant (SEND)
Contract:Fixed Term to 20 July 2026
Working Pattern:12 hours per week 9 am-12 noon Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Working weeks:Term time only (38 weeks)
Salary:Scale 3 Points 5-6 £25583-£25989 pro rata (Actual Salary £6922.28 - £7032.14 pa)
Closing Date:12 Noon 3 October 2025
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be a part of our small village school where we know every member of our community as an individual? We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistant to join us for 25 hours per week. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting all pupils including those with additional needs. In this role, you would be working within a fantastic, supportive and welcoming team. Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, positive and able to work on your own initiative as well as follow direction.

- Exhibit a team spirit, ready to work closely with staff, parents, and the school community
- Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents
- Uphold positive behaviour and an encouraging atmosphere in the classroom
- Bring a good sense of humour to connect well with young children
