Salary: Thurrock Band B Point 7 - 12
(£5,518.92 - £5,977.83 actual salary per annum)
9 hours 10 minutes per week
Monday - Friday 11:40am - 1:30pm
37 weeks of the year - term time only
We require a Midday Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of Midday Assistants at Arthur Bugler Primary School. As part of this role, you will be required to organise rotas, training and supervise pupils whilst implementing the School Lunchtime and Behaviour policies. You will be working alongside our team of Midday staff caring for and assisting children during the midday break.
Your duties will include organising and managing a rota of staff and activities and arranging cover for absent Midday Assistants. You will also ensure the behaviour policy is adhered to consistently across the team, ensuring children are supported and treated fairly. The work can be demanding but can also be very rewarding.
