We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Headteacher to lead our dedicated team and continue our journey of excellence. As a voluntary aided Church of England school, we are proud of our strong Christian ethos and our close links with the local church and community.
Terling CE Primary School is a very special place to work and had a 'good' grading from Ofsted (January 2023) and SIAMS (May 2018).

Has proven experience in effective leadership within a primary school setting.
Possesses a clear vision to continue to move our school forward, founded on strong educational and Christian values.
Is committed to excellence in learning, setting high standards, and being resilient in leading and supporting staff towards common goals.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is committed to safeguarding, child protection, and the mental well-being of all
