Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated learning support assistant to join our team. The post involves supporting learning within the classroom; working with individuals and small groups to engage pupils, develop their self-confidence and foster independence.

The successful applicant will:

The successful candidate will hold GCE grade C or equivalent in English and maths. An NVQ2 is desirable but not essential, although we would expect the successful candidate to complete this training whilst with us.

Our children are enthusiastic learners who work with staff to provide a supportive and welcoming environment. Visits to the school are welcome and encouraged.
