Job Description

Layer -de-la-Haye Primary school are looking to appoint a part time Learning Support and Care Assistant (LSCA) to join our hard-working and dedicated team

5 days a week 8.30-3.30pm (30 mins for lunch), 32.5 hours per week

Term time only (inc Non pupil days)

Start date: 1 September 2024 ( or earlier if possible)

Grade: Payscale 3/4 within the point range 5 -8 (depending on experience)

Actual Salary £17,696 - £18,851

The successful candidate will:

· Be able to engage and motivate children to learn, building on the strengths and resources of the child

· Have experience of teaching phonics

· Be able to contribute to assessment, planning, monitoring and evaluations
