We believe that teachers are entitled to the best Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities available. Essex provides our teachers, schools, children’s centres and other educational settings with a high level of support.

Our School Improvement and Early Years Services provide a range of CPD opportunities for all teachers and advice and support from highly professional staff. Our SEN and Pupils with Additional Needs Services support schools and other educational settings in meeting particular needs and developing inclusive practice.
