24.5 hours per week (with an option to work 27 hours per week to support across the lunchtime period).
Salary Band 2/3 (depending on experience)
We are looking for a specialist Learning Support Assistant to work with our pupils and support our SENCo. This position is based in one of our Witham Schools.
This position is a LSA position, but a HLSA position would be considered for suitable candidates, dependant on experience.
Candidates must have:
- Maths and English GCSE grade A-C (grade 4 or above) or equivalent
- Proven previous experience working with SEN pupils within a school environment
- Understanding of SEN procedures and associated paperwork
- Knowledge of SEN intervention programmes
You will be required to work across both KS1 and KS2, supporting with the SEN provision across our school.
