Job Description

We are looking for a suitably qualified or experienced candidate to join our School's fabulous team of Learning Support Assistants. This role is to provide 1:1 support for a "managed move" child to help re-integrate him into mainstream education and finish his primary years.

Within this role we are looking for a person who is keen to also enjoy football, basketball, rugby and similar activities with the child and to engage fully in all aspects of his provision. We are looking for an engaging person who is competent in the use of de-escalation and distraction techniques.

This is a permanent full-time (term-time only) role for the right candidate. Immediate start available.

This role will attract either a Band 2 or 3 salary, dependant on the applicant's experience and qualifications.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
