We are looking for an experienced Pre-School Manager to join our dedicated team. The role is full-time during term time (38 weeks a year). The manager will work in partnership with the parents and staff to support the social, emotional, educational and welfare needs of our children in line with EYFS statutory framework and pre-school policies and procedures. The manager will also ensure the Montessori ethos is promoted within the setting.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 2 years nursery management experience (Essential)
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Essential)
- Montessori Qualification (desirable)
- Passionate about Early Years
- Creative and adaptive to a fun and inspiring way of working
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Applicants will be required to obtain or hold an enhanced DBS certificate and two references will be required
