This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Learning Support Assistant to take on a crucial role within our new annexe. East Tilbury Primary School Annexe provides an alternative provision for children who are unable to access a mainstream curriculum. We are a member of the St. Clere's Co-operative Academy Trust, which enables us to offer exciting opportunities for great candidates.

Our children are kinaesthetic learners who enjoy creative hands-on learning. They require a significantly adapted curriculum to enable them to progress and enjoy learning. The successful candidate should be keen to make a difference to the life chances of children who have found mainstream education challenging.

Are you:

Passionate about the impact teaching and learning can have on improving life?
Committed to delivering education of the highest standard for the most vulnerable children?
A person with the drive to inspire and motivate pupils so that their socio-economic background is not a barrier to achievement?

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant who is committed to raising standards. The role will be varied and involve assisting in planning, organising and managing structured learning activities for one to one and small group support work. You will have an ability to work flexibly and with enthusiasm.
