DEPUTY HEADTEACHER
Leadership Pay Range points 18 - 22
(£60,431 to £66,443 pa including London Fringe Allowance)
As a result of the promotion of one of the Deputies to Headteacher, we are seeking applications from candidates who have demonstrated successful leadership skills and made a major contribution to whole school development in their current post. You must also be an outstanding teacher with a proven record of raising standards.
The SLT frequently work collaboratively on school improvement initiatives and the new Deputy will have strategic oversight of the following:
Safeguarding and Prevent
Pastoral Care and Management of Behaviour
Pupil Premium Grant activities
Narrowing the Disadvantaged Gap
You will be joining a group of enthusiastic and dedicated leaders. The Headteacher and his team lead the school by example with vision and commitment.
