We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and highly motivated deputy headteacher for September 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable leader to join Stanway Fiveways Primary School and share their skills in a large and thriving primary school. We are looking to appoint a creative and motivated individual who holds the belief that every child has the potential to succeed, whilst ensuring a culture of high expectations within a caring and nurturing environment.
The successful candidate will:
· Be an excellent, inspirational teacher and leader who leads by example and is able to share their expertise across the school.
· Be ready to lead a team and build positive relationships with colleagues and families
· Be passionate about educating the whole child and ensuring that all children reach their full potential.
· Be a strong communicator, able to deliver clear messages to a wide range of stakeholders including children, parents and colleagues.
· Be able to enthuse and motivate pupils; have a strong commitment to raising pupil achievement and a proven track record in doing so previously.
· Be able to analyse performance data to secure continuous school improvement.
· Effectively analyse pupil progress and attainment to inform decision making, school improvement and curriculum planning.
· Have an understanding of effective curriculum pedagogy and current evidence based around this.
· Be committed to inclusion at all levels and be able to demonstrate this in everything that they do.
· Have proven leadership experience and be able to inspire, motivate and manage other members of staff.
