This is an exceptional opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Estate Manager to work closely with the CEO and school leaders to support SEAX Trust's improvement and growth agenda; ensuring that the sites and facilities of each school provide an effective and high-quality environment in which the MAT can achieve its objectives. We have a programme of development and investment which you would lead and the flexibility of working hours will allow you to choose when you work.

SEAX Trust is a Multi Academy Trust which oversees the work of five Special Schools. The schools are situated along the A12 corridor in Essex, between Brentwood and Colchester, and all serve pupils with a range of additional needs. The Trust is committed to delivering successful outcomes for all of its pupils and the successful management of our Estate forms a very important part of our vision. We are looking for a professional with an in-depth estate management and/or building project background, plus experience of running a multi-site, multi-tenanted operation to join our team of collaborative and dedicated staff.

We can offer the successful candidate a stimulating and rewarding opportunity to work with highly professional colleagues in developing new goals and strategies and, thereby, supporting the delivery of exceptional business and pupil outcomes across the Trust.

To this end, we seek an individual who shares our ethos and will be committed to the Trust's vision.
We are a Trust:
• which puts no limits on what we believe young people can achieve; creating opportunities and meeting individual needs so that our young people can live rich and fulfilled lives
• which has the courage and drive to challenge and champion change to enable equal opportunity and equity for all
• which influences, respects, listens and acts and which in turn is known as a voice to listen to, act upon and respect.

We see sustainability of our estate as an essential part of our strategy and would welcome candidates with the skills and knowledge to develop this aspect of our work. If you feel that your experience, skills, com-mitment and enthusiasm can help us, then we look forward to meeting you and exploring what you have to offer.

Information about the School

Established in 2015, the SEAX Trust is a growing partnership of five Special School Academies within the community of Essex. We are a Trust which:

• puts no limits on what we believe young people can achieve - creating opportunities and meeting individual needs so that our young people can live rich and fulfilled lives;

• values our staff and is committed to providing an environment which creates opportunities for professional growth and development;

• has the courage and drive to challenge and champion change to enable equal opportunity and equity for all;

• influences, respects, listens and acts and which, in turn, is known as a voice to listen to, act upon and respect.

We consider the main asset towards achieving our vision is our body of highly-valued staff and, in recognition, we implement a wide range of strategic and person-centered reward practices across all of our Academies and within the Trust's Executive Team itself.

Working in special education is extremely rewarding, supportive and motivational and most roles require little or no prior experience. If you haven't considered a role in a special school before now, then working within SEAX Trust will not only enhance your professional development, but also your self-confidence and belief that what you are doing each day truly is making a difference to our young people's lives.

SEAX Trust is a Disability Confident Employer.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
