Attendance Intervention Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working weeks: 39 weeks per year (Term time and 5 INSET days)
Working Pattern: 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 3:30pm Friday
Fixed Term for 2 years
Salary: £23038 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful Multi Academy Trust based in Chelmsford, working as our Attendance Intervention Officer for the secondary schools in our trust. This role has been created as part of a 2 year targeted programme to support our schools in ensuring the best outcomes for our pupils. You will be working with colleagues in the trust and within our schools to support our pupils and their families to secure high levels of attendance.

Information about the School
The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is an emerging multi-academy trust based in Springfield, Chelmsford. The trust was formerly known as The Boswells Academy Trust but changed name in late 2017 to reflect the growth of the trust beyond one school. There are currently 8 schools across Essex in the CLP multi academy trust.
The schools in the CLP are: Barnes Farm Primary School, Lakelands Primary School, Perryfields Infant School, Roding Valley High School, The Beaulieu Park School, The Boswells School, The Tyrrells Primary School and William de Ferrers School.
