Monday - Friday, 9:15am - 2:45pm

Actual Salary: £13,153.88 - £14,352.59 per annum

OR

32 hours 30 minutes per week

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, 30-minute unpaid break

Actual Salary: £15,545.50 - £16,962.15 per annum

St Clere's School are seeking to appoint a First Aider to develop and maintain relationships with pupils, in order to support their medical and social needs. The successful candidate will also provide first aid and administrative support to the school.

Duties include:

· Provide first aid to students and staff, record incidents/accidents and maintain the medical register.

· Administer and update Individual Health Care Plans (IHCPs).

· Ensure first aid resources are regularly checked and replenished where necessary, including kits used for school trips and visits.

· Assist with the setting up of care plans for new pupils, with liaison between parent, school, and health care professionals.

· Support with vaccinations within the school.

St Clere’s School is a secondary school and Co-operative Academy with an ethos that promotes excellence for all. The Maths department have continued their trend of results, high in the 80s where one third of pupils left with a top grade of 7 to 9. The English department has also mirrored that success with results high in the 80s and significantly above national. Additionally, our progress score continues to be a solid positive and our Ebacc results are above national. Both ICT and separate sciences (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) were 100% A* to C.
