37 hours per week, Term time, plus 5 non-pupil days, plus 5 additional days in the summer (to be agreed with SENDCo) Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm

We are looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our SEND team.

Duties include:

· To accurately and robustly provide full administrative clerical support to the SENDCo, including writing, monitoring and maintaining SEND records.

· Timetabling SEND support for students

· Maintaining relationships with individual pupils and groups, including acting as a key worker for specific SEND students

· Good IT skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people are essential for this post

Information about the School

St Martin's is a large co-educational comprehensive school located in Hutton, Brentwood. The school benefits from a pleasant semi-rural environment with agricultural land to the rear. The school, which also includes a large sixth form block, is situated on an open, attractive 30 acre site. Parking is available on-site and there are good transport links by both rail and bus. Hutton is five miles from the M25 and 19 miles from London, which is easily reached by road or train (25 minutes to Liverpool Street Station).

This is a large, but friendly school in which all staff are helped to develop their talents. This is supported by an extensive and wide ranging in-house continual professional development programme (CPD). We have high quality mentoring and induction programmes for staff with excellent opportunities for training and professional development.
