Evening Caretaker

Salary: Essex Scale 3 Point 4-5

(£10,886.76 - £11,104.90 + £359.99 fringe allowance per annum)

24 hours 30 minutes per week

39 weeks per year, term time plus inset days

Shift Rota: Monday and Tuesday 4:00pm - 9:00pm,

Wednesday 4:00pm - 8:30pm, Thursday 4:15pm - 10:15pm,

Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm

You will also be a part of a Saturday lettings rota

Required: 1st September 2022

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, pro-active and hard-working person to join our school as part of the site team and contribute to the safety, appearance and upkeep of the school. The successful candidate will be involved in general caretaking duties including maintenance and security of the site and will work under the direction of our Site Manager and Trust Project Manager.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain a working knowledge of the locations of various buildings, departments, access routes and admitting/exiting requirements. You would be required to work Monday - Friday, and will also be apart of the Saturday lettings rota.
