Early Years Practitioner - Autumn Term 2022
Monday to Friday 8.45am -3.15pm, with half-hour lunch break (30 hours per week). Term-time plus 1 week.
Our 'Outstanding' Infant School and Nursery wishes to appoint an Early Years Practitioner to start September 2022.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and competent individual, able to successfully support pre-school children in the EYFS setting. We are advocates of continuous provision and endorse positive behaviour management and expect all staff to embrace The Monty Way.
The successful candidate will:
· Hold a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education, BTEC
National Diploma in Early Years, NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, learning
and Development, or NNEB Certificate
· Have experience in nursery/EYFS setting
· Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
· Be confident in play-based learning practices

Montgomery Infant School and Nursery is a large 3-form entry Infant school located on the St Michael's Estate. It is located on a spacious, leafy site, with well maintained buildings and premises.
The school is currently Ofsted 'outstanding' due to the dedication and care of the staff and the high standards of behaviour from the children of the school. An exciting new curriculum has been introduced this year as we aim to further broaden the children's learning experiences.
