Following the promotion of the current post-holder to an Assistant Headteacher role in another school, Endeavour Co-operative Academy (part of Keys Co-operative Academy Trust) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & dedicated Key Stage Leader to contribute to high quality teaching and learning at Endeavour.

This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of the Leadership Team as Endeavour continues to expand in Key Stage 5. Endeavour joined Keys Cooperative Trust in December 2018, when converting to an academy. The school is part of ESSET, the association of Essex special schools. The role involves being part of an established, highly effective team of 4 Key Stage Leaders. Of the 3 Key Stage Leaders who completed the Aspiring Leaders course, organised by ESSET, 2 have been promoted to senior leadership.Although experience in a special school will be desirable, it is not a necessity, as potential to manage the demands of the role will be more important. Applications are welcome from teachers with experience in any Key Stage. The exact Key Stage for the new appointment will be decided following interview.

We encourage visits prior to submitting an application.

Position Start Date: 01.01.23 (or sooner if possible)
