Main or Upper Pay Scale includes London Fringe Allowance, plus a possible TLR2b (£4355) for a faculty or whole school responsibility for an appropriately experienced candidate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher of Design and Technology to join our large successful team. An experienced candidate with the ability to teach GCSE DT and A-level Product Design is desirable but the post could equally suit an ECT.

2020 87% of students achieved grades 9-4 in both GCSE English and Maths and ALPS 2 progress in the sixth form.

Information about the School
St Martin's is a large co-educational comprehensive school located in Hutton, Brentwood. The school benefits from a pleasant semi-rural environment with agricultural land to the rear. The school, which also includes a large sixth form block, is situated on an open, attractive 30 acre site. Parking is available on-site and there are good transport links by both rail and bus. Hutton is five miles from the M25 and 19 miles from London, which is easily reached by road or train (25 minutes to Liverpool Street Station).
This is a large, but friendly school in which all staff are helped to develop their talents. This is supported by an extensive and wide ranging in-house continual professional development programme (CPD). We have high quality mentoring and induction programmes for staff with excellent opportunities for training and professional development.
