We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our team from September 2022, supporting the provision of our busy and successful after-school club. We're looking for someone to work from 3:00pm to 6:00pm five days a week during term time. Your role will involve organising play activities and providing high quality care to children attending our after-school club. This will include setting up activities, supporting children in their play, serving and clearing away a meal, and maintaining good standards of behaviour.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience of working with children in a paid or voluntary capacity;
- Good literacy and numeracy skills;
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

The role is for 15 hours per week for the 38 weeks of term time only. The working hours are from 3:00pm to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday. The post is paid at Scale 1 Point 1 (£9.50 per hour) and the actual annual starting salary is £6,144.
