Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week, term time only plus non-pupil days and 10 days summer holiday working. The hours of work will be from 08.00 to 16.00, Monday to Friday.

An opportunity has arisen for the position of a reliable and conscientious Human Resources & Administration Assistant with good communication skills. The successful applicant will be highly organised, able to communicate effectively and able to provide HR and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. Experience of working in a school will be a distinct advantage.

Colchester County High School for Girls is part of Alpha Trust. It is a selective state school for academically able students aged from 11 to 18 years which consistently achieves public examination results at the highest level and Ofsted "Outstanding". Admission to the school is via the 11+ examination in Year 7; the school also admits academic students into the Sixth Form. The school is lead for the North East Essex Teaching School Alliance and Colchester Teacher Training Consortium is based on the site. Situated a mile to the west of central Colchester, the school is set in its own extensive grounds on a large, quiet campus.
