Wishes to appoint a
Teacher - Alternative Provision
FTE 100%
Salary: Teacher's Main Scale 1-6 or Upper Pay Scale 1-5
depending on experience
Start Date: September 2022
Thameside Primary School, who is part of Osborne Cooperative Academy Trust is looking for a Teacher who will take on a crucial role within our school's Alternate Provision. You will work with and support a team of LSA's, as well as support behaviour across the unit. You will teach under the supervision of the Provision Lead and assist with managing behaviour consistently.
All applicants must be able to:
· Demonstrate at least good classroom practice.
· Be dedicated to the welfare and achievement of every child.
· Demonstrate creativity, innovation and a passion for improvement.
· Have good organisation and communication skills.
· Develop multiple strategies on managing behaviour.
· Differentiate towards targeted audience
· Inspire and motivate pupils so that their socio-economic background is not a barrier to achievement.
· NQTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
