Wishes to appoint a
Food Technician
Salary: Band A Point 1-6
(£14,778.99 - £16,315.00 per annum)
35 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm (30-minute unpaid break)
38 weeks of the year - term time plus inset days
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking to appoint a flexible and motivated Food Technician to join our Technician Team. The successful candidate will enable pupils' access to learning by providing technical advice and support in the practical and technical aspects of the curriculum by preparing, maintaining and organising equipment and materials. You will work with pupils as directed by the teacher, supporting safe and sensible behaviour during practical tasks. You will maintain cleanliness and security of specialist areas and equipment, and maintain equipment taking basic repairs and modifications.
