Required as soon as possible - A lettings coordinator to manage lettings of the MUGA and Sports Halls to the outside community and to be the point of contact for external users and to ensure the site is secure when unoccupied.

Would you welcome the challenge of being a point of contact for external users?

The role involves opening the premises, setting up and taking down sports equipment, handling some money and cleaning duties.

You will be required to act as a key holder, carrying out security procedures for the buildings and grounds. Responding to calls outside normal working hours as a result of break-ins etc. The security of the premises and contents including operation of fire and burglar alarms, CCTV and keyholder responsibilities.

22 hours (to be reviewed) a week evenings and weekends. £10 an hour.

The successful applicant will need to be flexible, possess good communication skills, and will require a valid first aid certificate (training will be provided where necessary).
