Layer -de-la-Haye Primary school are looking to appoint an experienced SENCO to join our hard-working team during the summer term.
The successful candidate will:
Hold both QTS and the National SENCO award
Have an understanding, knowledge and experience as a SENCO of how to support pupils with Autism, ADHD and those with medical needs.
Be motivated by their work and strive to develop further in their own professional development
Have a love for learning
Show a commitment for the school's vision and its promotion of the Gospel Values
Demonstrate an understanding of Assessment For Learning techniques and the Growth Mindset culture
Be committed to the safeguarding of all children
