Job Description

Market Field College in Clacton on Sea provides education for a range of students with moderate learning difficulties, including those with autistic spectrum needs, between the ages of 16 - 19. The College offers a range of vocational learning courses and provides, in a safe, structured yet stimulating environment, opportunities for young people to develop their independence and employability skills. We have a strong team of dedicated staff and supportive leadership.

We are looking for LSA's to join our college. You will need to be resilient, enthusiastic, motivated and have excellent communication skills.

You will be working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time only
