Primary School Manager
LGS Band 6 (Thurrock)
35 hrs per week x 41 weeks per year
Required September, 2012.
We are looking for someone with excellent management and customer service skills to be responsible for :-
- all financial matters, including payroll, invoicing, payments, reconciliation, budget setting and monitoring, benchmarking and providing financial information to the Headteacher and Governing Body.
- the effective management and co-ordination of the school office.
- administrative management of human resources, safeguarding and the school's single central record.
- overseeing the management of the school's information systems.
- monitoring of contracted services, health and safety and premises issues.
- providing confidential PA support to the Headteacher.
We are looking for a competent and experienced person, who sets high standards for themselves and other staff, to replace our current manager who is retiring in October.
