We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Examinations Assistant to support the Examinations Officer in the development and seamless execution of the examination process across the School. This is a vital opportunity to play a key role in facilitating student progress by ensuring that all internal, mock, and public assessments run smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with awarding body regulations and school accessibility standards.

This position is offered on an annualised hours contract of 1,080 hours per annum, worked primarily during term time with flexible start and finish times to align with peak examination periods. Additionally, there is a requirement to work targeted hours during school holidays to support pre-exam preparation and the crucial exam results distribution periods.

Applications can be submitted through the TES website, alternatively applicants who do not have a TES account should use the relevant Interactive Recruitment Form on this page. The School reserves the right to change these dates, and to close the vacancy at any time.

Brentwood School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
