Millhouse Primary School are looking for a part time Kitchen Assistant
Monday to Friday 10:15 - 1:45 term time only (Wednesday hours 9:00-2:30)
19:30 hours per week 43.5 weeks per year
Actual annual Pro Rata Salary £11,262 plus fringe allowance of £331
We are looking for someone to join our busy school kitchen. This role involves;
-Preparing and cooking high quality hot meals and desserts for pupils and staff.
-Serving meals to the pupils following our allergy processes.
-Preparing for the lunch hour by setting up dining halls, setting out equipment and food.
-Maintaining our high standard of cleanliness through cleaning, washing-up of equipment and use of the dishwasher.
-Clear-down of the kitchen and lunch hall after service.
We are looking for a candidate that enjoys being a team member and is able to multi-task.
It would be desirable if you hold a level 2 Food Safety and allergen/cross-contamination qualification and have previous kitchen experience, however full training will be given if needed.
