Build positive relationships that help children feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
Use a flexible and proactive approach to support teaching, learning and assessment.
Engage and motivate pupils through creative and purposeful learning experiences.
Have high expectations and a commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential.
Show initiative, resilience and a willingness to go the extra mile for our children.
Take pride in your own professional development and be keen to learn and grow as part of our team.

We are looking for someone who is warm, positive and committed to making a real difference every day. In return, you will join a welcoming school where staff are valued, supported and encouraged to develop professionally.
