All Saints' School community is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Headteacher with proven leadership skills. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our SIAMS and Ofsted-rated 'Good' school on its journey of continued improvement.

We are looking for someone who:
- has the ability to plan strategically
- has excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and confidently with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community
- has the proven ability to lead, challenge and motivate
- can demonstrate a clear commitment to supporting and promoting our Christian ethos, ensuring it is reflected in the life, values and vision of the school.
