Are you a highly organised, friendly and professional administrator looking to make a real difference in education?
We are seeking a dedicated School and Finance Administration Assistant to join our Trust team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a family of schools, providing essential administrative, financial and welfare support that helps our schools run smoothly and ensures every child has the best possible experience.
As a key member of our administration team, you will play an important role in supporting staff, pupils, parents and visitors while helping to maintain efficient school office and financial systems.
About the Role
Working across the Trust, you will provide high-quality administrative and financial support to school office teams as required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing efficient and effective administrative support to schools across the Trust.
Assisting with financial administration processes, including accurate record keeping and data management.
Acting as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and external agencies.
Supporting pupil welfare arrangements and helping ensure children receive appropriate care and support throughout the school day.
Maintaining school records and ensuring information is handled confidentially and accurately.
Supporting the operation of school office systems and procedures.
Assisting with correspondence, communications and general clerical duties.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to deliver excellent administrative services.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Is confident using a range of IT systems and office applications.
Has experience of financial administration or is keen to develop their skills in this area.
Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Is approachable, professional and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Can build positive relationships with children, families, staff and external partners.
Thrives in a busy environment and can manage competing priorities effectively.
