At Stourview, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and ambitious environment for our pupils and staff alike. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team. This role involves working across our small school though primarily focused in our KS2 class. You will play a key role in supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development helping develop a nurturing and inclusive environment.
We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, implement innovative strategies and demonstrate patience and empathy in their practice. Experience in supporting vulnerable pupils in a school setting and the ability to identify barriers to learning with experience of leading 1:1 interventions would also be beneficial.

Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 14:00. This role is offered on a permanent basis.
Actual salary starts at £17,655 per annum.
There is also an opportunity for the successful candidate to take on additional hours in our Breakfast Club provision several times per week, starting at 7.30am. If you are interested in this you are asked to indicate this within your application.
