Could you be the person who makes a difference?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support children with a range of additional needs across the school.

This is a varied and rewarding role, involving 1:1, small-group and in-class support. You will work closely with our Inclusion Team, class teachers and LSAs to help children overcome barriers to learning, develop their confidence and independence, and make progress.

We are looking for someone who is:

· Calm, patient and positive, with a genuine desire to help children succeed.

· Consistent and approachable, able to set clear and appropriate boundaries.

· Flexible and adaptable, understanding that every child is different and may need a different approach.

· Creative and enthusiastic, able to engage and motivate children when learning feels challenging.

· Confident working independently, while also being a strong team player.

· Able to listen to and act upon guidance from colleagues, specialist teachers and other professionals.

· Resilient and proactive, willing to try different approaches and celebrate every step of progress.

Experience of working with children with special educational needs would be beneficial, but training and support will be provided for the successful candidate.

What can we offer you?

· Well-motivated children who are eager to learn.

· A supportive, welcoming and well-resourced learning environment.

· Enthusiastic colleagues who value teamwork.

· A commitment to professional development and training.

· Access to our Employee Assistance Programme for staff and their families.

· The opportunity to join Lee Chapel Multi Academy Trust, a group of forward-thinking primary schools.

If you are reading this thinking, "That sounds like me!"

We would LOVE to hear from you.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
