We are seeking a Kitchen Assistantto join our lunchtime team, working 10 hours per week, 12:00pm - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. The role is atScale 2 point 4 @ £13.05 per hour. £5,692.00 actual salary.
This role involves:
- Serving meals to children and helping to create a calm, enjoyable lunchtime experience
- General cleaning duties, including dinner and cooking equipment and machines
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Supporting with food preparation and the salad bar where required
- Working positively and effectively as part of a team
The role is physical and fast‑paced, but we offer a warm, supportive environment and full training will be provided. We are looking for someone cheerful, reliable and willing to get stuck in.A strong team ethos and positive relationships are central to how we work, and we're looking for someone who contributes to that.
