Site Manager
25 hours per week (5 days per week, split shift), 52.14 weeks per year.
Scale 5, Point 9 - 12 - £27,254 - £28,598 pa.
Pro rata salary range £18,415 - £19,323 pa.
Start date: October 2026 or sooner if available.
We are a friendly village school seeking to appoint a reliable, self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our school team. As well as regular cleaning duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school buildings and grounds are well maintained and safe for children and staff.
Good communication and effective organisational skills are important, as is the ability to successfully liaise with staff, governors and outside contractors. The ability to use initiative and to display a positive approach to problem solving is essential. Flexibility regarding hours (e.g. unexpected call-outs, working during school holidays, additional hours to complete more time-consuming tasks) is also required.
