Prettygate Infant and Junior School are seeking to appoint a Catering Assistant to support with all activities in the school kitchen and dining hall.
The successful candidate will assist the team in the preparation and clearing down of lunchtime food and beverages served to pupils to the standards required by the school.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Serving pupils at the counter or trolley as required
- To undertake all aspects of cleaning equipment including washing up
- To undertake, and keep up to date, all required training including, Level 2 Food Safety and Health & safety
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
