Great Totham Primary School is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our Year 5 team for five mornings a week equating to 15 hours.
The post is to start as soon as possible in Autumn 2026
The successful applicant will join our friendly, well established staff team in our well-maintained school. We take great pride in providing a well-resourced environment for both children and staff. Trauma Perceptive Practice is integral to our whole school ethos. We treat all adults and children with hope not hopelessness, compassion not blame and connection not disconnection.
The successful candidate will:
· Ideally be an experienced Teaching Assistant
· Have good English and mathematics qualifications
· Be flexible
· Have a calm and positive outlook
In addition, it will be an advantage, but not essential, if:
· You have NVQ level 3 or equivalent
