Canonium Learning Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and reliable individual to support within our breakfast club offering at Stourview Primary Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can thrive beyond the school day.

In this role you will supervise our wraparound breakfast club provision supporting a varying number of pupils daily. The appointed individual will have the ability to develop strong relationships with children, families, and other school staff. Day to day you will be charged with ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and organising and supporting enrichment activities.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • have the confidence to work independently and use initiative
  • have a warm, caring and positive approach
  • have a good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and child protection procedures
  • can plan engaging activities that support children's interests, wellbeing and development

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 8.30am totalling 5 hours per week across 38 working weeks per year (term time only).

The actual salary starts at £2,930 per annum.
